The stadium hums with a quiet magic before the crowd arrives. The sun dips low, painting the turf in gold, and for one season of his life, the jersey, the helmet, and those Friday night lights are his story.
Senior year moves fast — especially for football players. Between practices, games, and senior events, it’s easy to let the season slip by without freezing this chapter in time. That’s where a dedicated senior stadium session comes in.
Why Stadium Sessions Are Special
Photographing on the football field is about more than action shots — it’s about the place where your senior grew up, fought hard, and found their team family. From quiet portraits in uniform to dramatic under-the-lights moments, every image tells a piece of their senior story.
Where We Shoot
As a Dripping Springs-based photographer, I work with Dripping Springs High School to gain stadium access for after-hours sessions. If your senior plays at Lake Travis, Hays, Bowie, Lehman, or Johnson High, we can plan a shoot that honors their school colors and traditions. I'll reach out to the school and work with officials to gain access for this special season.
Making It Personal
We’ll mix posed shots with natural moments — running the field, tossing the ball, or even sitting on the bleachers with friends. Jerseys, helmets, cleats, and even letter jackets help bring personality to each image.
How to Book
Golden hour sessions and under-the-lights spots fill quickly in the fall. If your senior wants their football chapter documented, reach out now to reserve a spot on my schedule and make sure we have time to align with a stadium slot too.
Because long after the games end, these portraits keep the lights glowing.

FAQs for Dripping Springs Senior Football Portrait Sessions
1. How do I book a senior football stadium photo session in Dripping Springs?
You can contact me directly to request a date, and I’ll coordinate with the school to arrange stadium access. Early booking is recommended, especially during football season when prime golden hour spots fill quickly.
2. Can you arrange stadium access for schools outside Dripping Springs?
Yes. I often work with Lake Travis, Hays, Bowie, Lehman, and Johnson High Schools to secure on-field time for senior portraits. If your senior plays elsewhere, we can explore the best way to gain permission for a session.
3. What’s the best time of day for football stadium senior portraits?
Most sessions are scheduled during golden hour for warm, flattering light or after sunset for dramatic under-the-lights shots. I can recommend the perfect timing based on your school’s lighting and field orientation.
4. What should my senior wear for a football portrait session?
Bring your game-day uniform, helmet, cleats, and letter jacket if you have one. Many seniors also bring casual outfits or dress clothes for variety, so we can capture both athletic and personal sides.
5. Can we include friends, teammates, or family in the photos?
Absolutely. Many seniors choose to include their parents, siblings, or a few teammates in a couple of shots to celebrate their senior year together.
6. How long does a stadium portrait session last?
Most sessions last about 2 hours, and the stadium portion is part of the whole session so it depends on how much you want done in that space.
7. Will you also take non-football senior portraits?
Yes. While the stadium session focuses on your senior’s football story, we can also capture portraits in nearby locations, around campus, or in a style that shows other aspects of their personality.
8. Do you offer photo packages that include all the images?
Yes. I offer collections where you can select your favorite images or purchase the full gallery. We’ll go over package options after your session.
9. How far in advance should we book?
For fall football season, it’s best to reserve your date at least 4–6 weeks in advance to secure both stadium access and the best light of the season.
