I want your session to feel personalized and that is why I rarely do mini-sessions.  We have all had family portrait experiences where one or more moods show up with our little ones and even sometimes our big ones.  So I love having enough time to get to know your family, to capture you playing and interacting with each other in ways that really show the emotion.  While that can sometimes happen in 15 minutes, I don't want my clients to feel rushed for time or worried about the next family in line.  So we meet in a location, get to know your kids and I capture combinations from some formally posed to natural and interactive portraits in several different settings.  The time allows us to make sure we get all the combinations that you need and follow where the mood takes us.  Sometimes we play and chase, sometimes we explore, sometimes we coax a resistant teen into fits of laughter or make sure mom is beautifully posed to love her photos.  One thing is certain, there will be lots of variety and so very many images to choose from.  If you only want the portraits with your collection, that is fine.  And when you fall in love with your session, the extra images are affordably priced as well!  I can't wait to meet you and your loved ones!
